Leticia SooHoo, LEED AP BD+C
Principal

Leticia SooHoo is the principal of soohoocity. With an extensive background as project leader and principal on numerous green building projects, Ms. SooHoo brings a practical approach and a wealth of experience to her consulting work. soohoocity works with public agencies, private sector real estate industry, property management firms, and design and construction firms. Leticia has worked on over 25 LEED projects using various LEED rating systems, examples of which include The Community Foundation of Santa Cruz (LEED-NC), Glendale Pacific Park Pool (LEED-NC), Corning Palo Alto Headquarters (LEED-CI), and Philip Burton Federal Building (LEED-EBOM). Ms. SooHoo is an active member of the Northern California Chapter of the USGBC and is involved in The Center for Green Schools (http://www.centerforgreenschools.org/home.aspx ) local initiatives. She has been active in green building research and advocacy since 2002.
