Leticia is a California licensed architect and has been active in green building research
and advocacy since 2002.
has an extensive background
as project leader and principal on numerous green building projects,
Ms. SooHoo brings a practical approach and a wealth of experience
to her consulting work.
Leticia has worked on project of all types (government, commercial, institutional and residential) and over 25
projects using various green building rating systems (LEED, CHPS, Green Point Rated)
Ms. SooHoo is an
active member of the Northern California Chapter of the USGBC and
is involved in The Center for Green Schools (http://www.centerforgreenschools.org/home.aspx) local initiatives. She is current member of the AIA (American Institute of Architects).
She is currently a professor at the Academy of Art of Art University teaching architecture and sustainable design and has lectured widely in schools and commercial settings.
Jeff is an award-winning architect with extensive experience in creating innovative retail environments, from branding to architectural design.
Jeff has 25+ years of experience and proven ability in the design, development, implementation, and management of a store design brand identity worldwide. An avid team leader with strong skills as a hands-on, problem-solver and effective communicator, up and down the corporate structure.
